Making the initial appointment was the most negative experience. When I called it forced me to make the appointment with someone in an "outsourced " call center. Speaking English poorly it took me 10 minutes to convince him that yes a Ford dealership maintenance department could service my Lincoln and that Lincoln was actually a Ford product. He could not tell me how long the work would take or even if I would have to leave my car overnight. Then weeks later as I was walking out the door to drive to my appointment they called to cancel because they didn't have time to get to my car. They were kind enough (Speaking to the actual service department person in Jefferson City) to schedule a mobile service tech to come to me. That service tech was very nice and polite and did his job extremely well. However your company using the outsourced appointment company is an extreme negative they are actually trying to turn away your Lincoln owners . I have a Lincoln Aviator Black label and if purchasing again would prefer a Lincoln Navigator but will rethink that if I am forced to make a maintenance appointment with this company instead of direct contact with the actual dealership

I'm very happy with my service you all did on my Transmission and everything else I will make a another appointment to get the other part fixs I will start bringing my car 🚗 to you'll for everything let know when you all have discount going on anything. I took my vehicle in at 8am, out by 12. To be expected as they are quite busy everyday and I know as I live next door.

Treated with respect and low pressure approach, would recommend this dealership to friends.

Bo, was fantastic to work with, easiest purchase I've ever made. I got exactly what I wanted and very quickly at that. I was in and out in less than two hours. One thing I love was I never felt the "salesman" pressure from him; we truly just focused on what I wanted as the customer. Would 100% purchase another vehicle from him in the future if needed.
