They finally figured out the issue with my truck. They took care of my problem

They did fix the issue i had. However, even though I scheduled the appointment weeks prior they didn't even look at my car and had to keep it a 2nd day. I also had something in my car go missing. It wasn't a high value item but it is frustrating that it disappeared with no explanation.

Mike was very helpful in getting me a car to drive while mine was being worked on.

Bo Heavin was very helpful answering questions and working with me throughout the process. While it is always a challenge buying a vehicle, the Machens staff were all very professional and helped me feel comfortable with the final deal.

The people that I have worked with are friendly and helpful. Ford makes a nice product, and the pricing, although high, is competitive with other brands. My suggestion would be to modernize the facility, and hire an individual that are technically astute to work with customers after a new car is sold. It can get a little confusing for us older folks with all the new innovations.

This was the 2nd time I took the vehicle to the dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera). The first time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the issue. The 2nd time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the issue. If they weren't able to remedy the issue, the issue at hand would be to replace the backup camera in my opinion.

Great car- great service! Everyone in the office was super friendly, very knowledgeable. For the average time of purchasing a car we were more or less in and out. I would highly recommend! Michael, in sales, was fun and made the whole time enjoyable. Shane was great in finance- I will always go back to them!

Got right in and Ryen made sure the issues was correct before he let me leave with my car

Had to be there at the dealership at 9:15 and I left there 12:00 and my truck never got looked at for a recall that the dealership scheduled
