I recently bought a used GMC at a Ford dealership and because it had the Blue Certified advantage, I thought I would take it to the Ford dealership for an oil change tire rotation and check over before the warranty would expire and I was getting ready to take the vehicle on vacation. Got the vehicle back and had a horrible vibration and a weird knocking when I would change lanes. Felt like a ball joint was loose. I took it back the next day and I had to have the tires balanced. Thought they did that when they rotated the tires. Anyway, I had to get a Missouri State inspection done as well so it wasn't a wasted trip, and they did take care of it and checked the ball joint, but it cost me another $90. I always thought they balanced the tires on a rotation, but I guess not. Lesson learned. I will most likely be switching to a different shop and away from a dealership, but I will say I yes on recommendation

This is a really nice dealership. Shane went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted. The price of our new vehicle and the trade in price were good. We appreciated the offer being realistic and not a low ball dog and pony show we have experienced elsewhere. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted the paperwork process went quickly and smoothly. I have had some questions after the sale and Shane always responds quickly.
