Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish, Josh, Shayne, Christian all the guys at Joe Machens helped and guided the process from 500 miles away! That’s right I bought a new Raptor all over the phone and they delivered! Outstanding customer service when even a local ford dealer refused to budge off MSRP and low balled my trade! Guess I’ll be going to Missouri for the rest of my vehicles!

SUV in for recall work. Check in online was super fast, staff for drop off and pick up were friendly and helpful. Picked up over lunch hour and cashier wasn’t there, so the guy checking me out took care of the paperwork without complaint. He brought my vehicle up and had the AC going and windows down to release the heat faster. Very professional. I was also able to check my status online and it was ready to go in less than half a day. Very pleased.

Had a recall and was told it would take 1 hour. Got to appointment and was told it would take 5 1/2 hours and I would have to leave my car. I said I couldn't do that because I didn't have another car and lived 30 miles away. I asked for a loaner car and was told they didn't do that. I then asked them to rent me a car and eas told the rental place was backed up til Friday. I did make a future appointment, but then because of my frustration, asked to speak to the service manager. The service manager said they had a mobile van that coukd come to.my home and do the software update. I said why wasn't I told that. He said thr mobile van is new and they hadn't instructed the call center or the service techs on the correct verbage. The mobile van came to my house and the tech said it would take 20 minutes! I said I was told it eoukd take 5 1/2 hours. He said no way. He was at my house maybe 30 minutes. I feel I should be compensated for a wasted afternoon, 60 mile round trip and got nothing done, but frustration!
