Took my truck in for a rear view camera recall and they said it didn't qualify! I was sent a letter to bring it in cost me two days with out my truck and two fourty mile round trips and got nothing done. Very disappointing! I've bought numerous vehicles here I think I deserve better service!

They did fix the issue i had. However, even though I scheduled the appointment weeks prior they didn't even look at my car and had to keep it a 2nd day. I also had something in my car go missing. It wasn't a high value item but it is frustrating that it disappeared with no explanation.

Bo Heavin was very helpful answering questions and working with me throughout the process. While it is always a challenge buying a vehicle, the Machens staff were all very professional and helped me feel comfortable with the final deal.

The people that I have worked with are friendly and helpful. Ford makes a nice product, and the pricing, although high, is competitive with other brands. My suggestion would be to modernize the facility, and hire an individual that are technically astute to work with customers after a new car is sold. It can get a little confusing for us older folks with all the new innovations.

This was the 2nd time I took the vehicle to the dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera). The first time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the issue. The 2nd time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the issue. If they weren't able to remedy the issue, the issue at hand would be to replace the backup camera in my opinion.

They had my truck ready when they said they would. Michael is great to work with.
