Keith sold me the truck and I love it. He continues to be helpful. Recently I took it in for recall and had another good experience.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 hours. I don’t plan on returning due to how long it took. Shane did notice me sitting there for awhile and was very nice to check and see how I was doing.

I bought my F-150 in October of last year and 10 days after having the truck i had the air xxxx system mess up. They took my truck for 5 days and fixed the problem. The day after I picked it up the light came on again. Took it back and was told they replaced 1 part, but not the other one and told me I would have to pay 1,200 to fix. I went to my salesman and was able to get it covered. Brought my truck in for a recall and a shudder issue. Recall was fixed, but shudder wasn't. Two days after picking it up the collision sensor light went off and then all my dash lights went completely black. This truck has been nothing but issues. I traded a truck with zero issues and feel l8ke I got a lemon. In the beginning my salesman ws very responsive and then just blew me off when I messaged him. I had to physically go in to the dealership to confront him with the issues. All in all not extremely happy with my overall experience.

I had good service from time someone picked up my car, notified & updated me as to progress until complete. And what time someone would return my car.

My appointment was for 10:30 a.m. for a car inspection to renew license. I arrived on time. At 12:00 noon I checked in with the cashier to see how much longer it was going to take. She checked and said it would be another 15-20 minutes. I let her know that I had been there since 10:30 and that it was taking entirely too long for a car inspection. I was told the technician was working on something else when I came. It would have been appreciated if someone could have come and told me the wait would be so long. Two hours is entirely too long to have to wait for a car inspection.
