Good experience. We dropped the car off early and they got our work done that day instead of waiting for our scheduled appointment which was the following day.

I was an easy sell, I knew what I wanted. So I had a good experience. However, I wish I had known that the Bronco was coming in.. i met with them on Monday and they texted me Friday morning that it was here.. i needed to get to the bank and get my money down.. and it was an extremely busy day at my work.. and I was disappointed that I only got 500 on my trade in.. when the Tires alone.. barely had less than 7000 Miles on them were worth that by themselves.. i didnt have time to try n get more for my trade-in out in the economy. Overall I had a great experience! I also believe that there is ALWAYS room for improvement!

Took my truck in for a rear view camera recall and they said it didn't qualify! I was sent a letter to bring it in cost me two days with out my truck and two fourty mile round trips and got nothing done. Very disappointing! I've bought numerous vehicles here I think I deserve better service!

They did fix the issue i had. However, even though I scheduled the appointment weeks prior they didn't even look at my car and had to keep it a 2nd day. I also had something in my car go missing. It wasn't a high value item but it is frustrating that it disappeared with no explanation.
