Had a recall and was told it would take 1 hour. Got to appointment and was told it would take 5 1/2 hours and I would have to leave my car. I said I couldn't do that because I didn't have another car and lived 30 miles away. I asked for a loaner car and was told they didn't do that. I then asked them to rent me a car and eas told the rental place was backed up til Friday. I did make a future appointment, but then because of my frustration, asked to speak to the service manager. The service manager said they had a mobile van that coukd come to.my home and do the software update. I said why wasn't I told that. He said thr mobile van is new and they hadn't instructed the call center or the service techs on the correct verbage. The mobile van came to my house and the tech said it would take 20 minutes! I said I was told it eoukd take 5 1/2 hours. He said no way. He was at my house maybe 30 minutes. I feel I should be compensated for a wasted afternoon, 60 mile round trip and got nothing done, but frustration!

Josh was amazing. He talked to me, asked questions about what I wanted and how I would be using the car.

My appointment was for 7:00 AM however they did not even look at my car until after 1:00 because I dropped my vehicle off. i dropped my vehicle off because they did not tell me how long it would take . It was not fixed because they had to order a part. After I brought it home to wait for the part tech services decided they needed more diagnostics before they would send the part I was not contacted about this I had to contact the dealership. now it is scheduled for Wednesday the 22 but I am not sure if it is to be fixed or the additional diagnostics but was told it will take a few hours.

Had an emergency issue with my car. Contacted service department at 8am & problem was resolved by 10am. Thank you Ryen Hatfield.

Efficient and friendly staff

My car had a recall to update the system. When I dropped my car off on a Wednesday they worked and worked up through Friday to fix this problem. Unfortunately, this did not work and they had to order what needed to be fixed. Once the part came in they were able to fix the problem.

Scheduled a service to be done at 7:30, drive 30 minutes to your location just to get told that my car won't be able to be started working on until late afternoon

I brought my vehicle in for a couple safety recalls. Everyone was kind and helpful. Will be back to get final recall completed. Definitely recommend them

I had a 7 AM appointment ended up getting there 15 minutes early They weren't even ready to start, but they accommodate me anyway. Love the fact that they care about their customers. I would recommend one hundred percent.
