Worst experience ever. I had an appointment to have transmission diagnostics performed. I made the appointment a month in advance. I dropped my car off the night before and checked on it mid afternoon and the tech said they won't get to it that day and most likely will not get to it the following day. I left without the tech saying anything about bringing it back another time. It's really a hassle on my part doing without a car for a day just to have this happen. Bought a new Explora Eric was an excellent sales person very helpful in helping select a new car.
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait on it at the dealership. Two hours later I checked on the progress. They hadn't even started on it yet. Three hours later I left the dealership. They didn't reset the oil life meter or change the windshield sticker. I really doubt that I got 'the works' even though that's what I paid for. I responded to a text to schedule an appointment for a recall. They immediately called and said they could schedule it for a mobile service which is extremely efficient way to conduct repairs if possible. And I appreciate the staff saving me the trip.
Had oil changed, when picked up the engine light was on .took back they said was a censer. They replaced, so far running ok.
Brad is the best salesman, he is honest and down to earth. If you want to have a good experience work with Brad!

Ordered my 2023 maverick back in 2021 and they were great to work with and didnt try to up charge me when receiving my truck after finally receiving my vehicle after 17 months of waiting. But the bad comes when trying to service your vehicle through them. First off 125 dollar oil changes are ridiculous. Then I had my car in for replacing the radio under warranty and then again for the 40k mile service. I purchased a used car from the dealership during the test drive discovered an issue and was promised it would be fixed. It took them two weeks just to get it into the shop and I had already signed paperwork on the purchase the whole time I was losing time on my temp tags, etc. finally, I got the truck. Disappointed with how the dealership treats appointments The service managers brush off persons who have service appointments. Don't listen to individuals.
They make the car buying experience easy and hassle free. Even close to closing time.
Bought a truck, 8 days later had a check engine light come on. Took it to the dealership to be told the $250 knock sensor that was bad they were not going to fix.

Its always better to not promise to have a specific vehicle at the dealership on a specific date and get it there early than to promise a vehicle on a specific date and be late several days with the delivery.
They don't fix the problem of the recall Just say everything is ok and no fix the issue with the reverse cámara

the part needed for the repair of my recall was not available and had to be ordered and cannot be installed in the rain. I found out this information when I arrived for my appointment after driving over an hour in the rain to get there. It was a totally wasted trip.
She explain the areas that needed to be fixed and answer all my questions. She explain what needed to be fix according to my budget.
They were marvelous in explaining the details about my car. Bryan was able to answer my questions after Google questions.

Not good. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 3.5 hours. While numerous people got there after me and all were done with their oil changed and tire rotation and gone. Some before mine even got started.
Had one of the best experience I can say they will stand behind their cars that they sell as much as they can. Mine was less than 72 hours old and had a problem and they helped us out because it wasn't very old.
Allison was a great help! The shuttle service was a nice perk and made the wait go by quickly.

I bought my F-150 in October of last year and 10 days after having the truck i had the air xxxx system mess up. They took my truck for 5 days and fixed the problem. Everything was great The car was extremely clean when we picked it up and they filled it up with gas. It looked really good. Very happy.
At first Wyatt seemed helpful. However after a few days became unhelpful. Getting a rental car was a massive hassle and we still didn't get one. They couldn't recognize the problem and after a handful of back and forth calls we finally got our car back with the same issue and with a floorboard full of water. Very unprofessional.

Purchased the works oil change. Work was completed quickly. Was disappointed that as I pulled in the driveway at home that my windshield wiper low fluid light came on. Fortunately I had some at home to fill my self. Also, I believe the works used to include a wash and vacuum of interior. I received neither of those. The bill was nearly $150, seems like a wash and vacuum in addition to the oil change and tire rotation would be a nice service to include.
I was charged 2 extra services I had no knowledge of until I reviewed the receipt. I wasn't told they don't use Motorcraft coolant and given the option to not have the service done until after the job was completed.
i have lost a leg so i use a wheelchair. called to make an appointment for service and told the young lady of my situation. when i pulled into the service one of your employees took my wheelchair out of my truck made sure i was ok and directed me to the waiting area. same thing in reverse when my truck was ready. top notch service in my opinion. thank you. job well done
