Mike Gross is an excellent salesperson. He went above and beyond. I know I was on the phone with him many nights negotiating for the best truck. I drove 35 miles for the best deal, even bypassing my local Ford dealer. The rest of the team at this dealership were great, as well. We were on a time crunch and they managed to get our paperwork done and have us out the door with only 4 minutes over our time deadline. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I had a recall on my ford escape screen. They had an issue but was quickly resolved and fixed, they contacted me as soon as they found a problem and let me know the further steps they would be taking!

Good service department....
Although I made my first appointment a week ahead, after I dropped my car off, I was called and told they didn't have the part needed in stock. It had to be ordered and I waited another week for the repair. That being said, all the employees were friendly, polite and apologetic about the waiting time. So a 2 on efficiency and being prepared for my appointment but 5 stars for friendly employees!

Had to go back after i found adhésive scattered on replacement side mirror. Also bill was for about 59z$MORE THAN estimate. They refunded that amount and excuse was. We'll parts inflated the parts???

The shifter cable bushing on my Ford Escape went out at the end of the day on Friday. The service department went out of their way to fix it and get us back on the road before the close of business. Without their great service we would have been without the car for the weekend. Thankfully they went above and beyond.
